I ran into issues with miss calculating my Macros and simply eating to late. I modified everything (I was eating way to much) and now seem to be back on track to losing again. I actually started gaining smh. But thankful that I figured where I need to be to get the lost back started. I actually had gotten back up to 252. What a ride lol
245.6 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You know what to do to correct it. Always nice to see the scale go in the right direction ..... So easy to gain a lb. or two.... But taking it off...........not so...
