Staying at 214.6 even though I had only protein for afternoon snack & dinner. Maybe the fat in the Nopalinaza Plus is the problem.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
