I keep starting in the moring and then blowing it in the afternoon. Not focused and not happy about it. Need to actually sit down and plan the time when I have to eat (and what to eat) and exercise. The latter is a big one.
187.9 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Don't give up Bevie19! At least you are doing good in the morning! Do you use the food diary function on this site? Does it help at all? I personally like it because it becomes a little numbers game and helps me to pace myself. Good luck...today is a new day!!

Sorry I didn't respond timely... i am using the food diary now and yes, it keeps me on my toes!! i'll get there. Once in my life, I want to wear a two-piece bathing suit!
