心得:後悔吃了烏龍麵,所以就去爬山了,希望這個預防措施有效。

Lunch: Chinese hot pot
Workouts: hiking (2 hours)
Feeling: regret after eating udon noodles, so I decided to go hiking this afternoon. Hope that it is an effective precaution measure.
242.9 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
