Today looks like it will be the exact opposite of yesterday. The sun is shining and the birds are singing. This morning, I planted some garlic. Gardening is not my forte, but I believe that is it important to know where food comes from. Later, I plan to grow some stevia. Most of the packaged stevia sold in stores has sugar added to it. Why? Certainly, it is sweet enough! When I was trying to discover why weight loss was not coming, it was one the possibilities I found. The other major hindrance turned out to be fructose and/or rice flour in my vitamins.
Be wise, my friends! If you did not make it yourself, it probably has something in it that you do not want! Here is a link to the mayonnaise I make for myself. It is easy and delicious and has 0.2 carbs per 1/4 cup!
