YIKES. I've gained weight since my last weigh-in. I absolutely do better with daily weighing. Oh well. Today's a new day. Can't have a redo. Can only choose better today and weigh-in daily in the future.
217.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 17.3 lb a week

I find if I don't weigh myself for more than 2 days I can start doing really bad eating wise. So I'll weigh myself just to see the damage and then try to correct it. So far it's working. Often I don't post my weight for more than a week, but during that time I'm trying to get it back to where it had been. Hard to explain, some people post their weight daily. I know mine fluctuates too much. The fact that you are here posting means you'll get back down to business.
