185.3. The pound a week loss is slowing up a bit maybe. No complaints here. .7 down is as good as 1 down or .5 down. The key is DOWN. I’ve increased my activity and I probably have some additional fluids trying to heal the muscle/joints so even if weight loss is really slowing I don’t care. I’m better than I was.
185.3 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
