Got into the bread last night.
214.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been there. When I first started this journey on FS in late July I had 5 or 6 pieces of Russian rye toast with butter. Not all in one sitting but I think it was breakfast, lunch and dinner. Since then there hasn't been any rye bread in the house!
