This is actually yesterday’s weight. Need to get back on track. Yesterday I made though the day no junk food. But craved it... I made a health Roasted Cauliflower Soup for dinner. Starting to really like cooking soup.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Soup is an awesome fall and winter comfort food for me. I’m making some potato, leek and cauliflower soup today!!! Yum. I love the way you are self-imposing practical guidelines to keep yourself on track!!!
