Ok I have no clue what happened ......but I'm sure it's my husbands fault ..lol The scale was on kilograms this am and all messed up so when I figured out how to fix it back I got this weight ...
Or maybe it was the 13 salty shrimp I ate yesterday I'm not sure but I'm gonna see what tommorrow brings ...
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
