Just recently back from Cheat Sunday where my friends organize a tea party gathering & had Cakes, Pizza & other Sins... Just Glad I didn't gain more weight but I've noticed I've got leaner tone nowadays than a week ago (still 60kg then). The host Bern commented that going on diet to a certain pt, ur weight'll stagnate but u'll get leaner coz ur body's losing fats & generating more muscle mass but muscle weighs more heavy than fats so u get leaner tone.
