I felt like I had a bad weekend because of Second Saturday but, the scale notes otherwise. So I'm pretty happy with being down three pounds since my last weigh in. I know I need to increase my activity to move quicker to my goal. I'm going to kill it this week!
329.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
