Ok, starting to go down. Got my latest blood work to confirm my last blood work last August, new blood results are LDL 1.70 mmol/l HDL 1.29 mmol/L and total cholesterol 3.42 mmol/L,. Things are looking good so far. Happy 2017
155.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
