There should be some setting to click between 'Poorly' and 'Reasonably Well.' I overdid it a little a couple weekends ago when one of my hubby's good friends stayed for a couple nights. We ate out twice, and had a good time, though I did TRY to watch my basic calorie count. At least I didn't wind up gaining any weight, so I'm okay with it. The tedious, seemingly-never-ending march continues. :P
