This has been slow going, but now is not a struggle..... I am content to be moving closer to my goal. One thing I have learnt though is that exercise definitely makes me feel better and is good for you, it has however no input on weight loss. My opinion ....forget personal trainers and gyms until you actually "feel ready" FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISE, I will say AGAIN, EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR YOU, but don't think it will strip weight off! spend the money on appropriate and raw foods, rather keep calm and focused on the MAIN game, don't look for options apart from diet and peace of mind.
