Was out visiting a far-flung friend this loast weekend (March 12-13), and I was sans my food scale and sans the 'want' to keep to my diet. So, two days of oinking out to a degree (plus the usual, pointless vaguarities of day-to-day weight fluctuation) have left me, currently, at 167.
Right back on the horse, again, so it shall be shed down the road.
Did I mention that there's a 4 day event going on March 24th-27th: NorWescon?! And that too will be a time that I don't much bother with my diet, given I'll be out and about attending panels and gaming and yadda-yadda-yadda. So, there will likely be another cycle of gain and lose and gain, until I can ride out the 'blips' and settle back down into a mostly 'losing' mode again. I have to admit, though, that I haven't been below 163 for quite some months. The holidays, plus 4 days of helping my man deal with his father's passing (away from home), plus most of March being a busy toss-away...well, it wears on me. :P
All-in-all, that's life...and I'm going to have my fun when and where I can w/o freaking out about weight loss. Just effing TIRED of being on a diet. *grumbles*
