Spent Wed.-Sunday 700 round trip miles away at my sister-in-law's...burying her and my hubby's dad. Didn't care about my diet, didn't bother, gained weight. It'll come off again. Much more important to be there for my husband. I'm fine...and he seems to be coping well...his dad was going downhill for a long time, sadly. R.I.P. Dave.
