My body is apparently doing its own thing, right now, while I'm still recovering from bad cold/sinus infection (and thus have not been exercising for a couple of weeks).
Stuck to my diet the whole time...but obviously illness and lack of exercise are telling. >.<
Hopefully (BLEH, I loathe exercise!) I'll be back to walking this weekend. Just have to see how my drippy, runny, snotty sinuses handle it. >.<
