So didn't get on track last week. Made a deal with my mom to officially start January 1, New Years Resolution!!! Starting the Whole 30 - more information on www.whole30.com
Day 1, here goes....
167.7 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
