Back from my Phoenix trip, very happy with the minimal weight I've put on! I only ended up doing three challenges - a 3 lb burger challenge (win) and then a 20 corn dog challenge later than night (fail - 4 left). The corn dogs really took a lot of of me, so it took me a bit to recover to attempt the challenge again (and won!) I ended up getting a gym pass to work out while on vacation (and I do find working out to be relaxing) so that helped out as well!

Now I have about 4-5 days to prepare for another set of food challenges as my eating rival heads to my hometown as we take on 3-4 eating challenges around the area. Looking forward to the challenges and experimenting on ways to minimize the weight gain from these challenges (without reversing the food of course).
