Little loss, but happy to be down this morning. Evening control is key - need to be working on that!!

Ran 6 miles yesterday, and today I will hit the rower and lift some weights. Up early and it’s cold here!! Need to raise my body temp via exercise!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Good for you on the early start! When it’s too cold, I usually just stay in bed to keep warm!! 😝
