Grrr…back in the 190s. I don’t really understand it - I was under my calories all day, plus I jogged almost 4 miles. I think my body is in shock or something. I’m especially proud that I didn’t drink a beer after cutting the lawn.
Grocery shopping today - only heathy foods! This morning I did 26 minutes on the rower, a few rounds of weight lifting, and then stretched out. Feeling good and NOT QUITTING!!
