A glimpse of the 180s! Yay! Yesterday involved weights, stretching, and a solid hour of active PT - plus definitely restricting calorie intake. Feeling good and ready for today’s run!
189.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
