gym scales have me at 217....house scales say 218.4 but I know they r off .....so il go with gym scales for now til weigh in at doctors.....woohoo!

217.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb. Still to go: 85.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.6 lb a week
