It has been a pretty good week in terms of discipline (Didn't eat ANY of the kids snacks, yogurt pretzels, etc.)

I have been pretty consistent with calories and training this week as well...

Eat something good and don't forget to stay hydrated, Friends!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
