I had emergency surgery yesterday evening with my stomach 😩 I had blood alot of that came out. The doctor put me on clear liquids now. Oh mercy

451.9 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb. Still to go: 121.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 19.5 lb a week
