Going to be playing around with a Ketogenic diet again, trying to lose as much bodyfat as possible over the next few weeks as I get my body ready for more upcoming food challenges (Phoenix, Green Bay, Milwaukee). I've played around with it for before and had great results, but tried other nutrition strategies to see what worked best for me and my body, and Keto seems to work best for me!

Everything you listed and 1% Friendship Cottage Cheese are my sources of protein minus the Venison.

I might have cottage cheese from time to time, but dairy in general I find slows down my progress, which is why I don't have greek yogurt all the time either.

Just created an account! From some quick research today seems like pork, tuna, grilled fish, mushrooms, and black forest ham believe it or not are also pretty good proteins that lack large fa & carb values. Lots to learn for me though.
