Adding in the Smooth Move did wonders!! I also exercised (light - walking and swimming) which I was worried would have made me store fat, but I still lost a pound.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
