Want to lose muscle on hip/bum area but can’t neglect glutes because of my stupid hip flexor issue. Will have to fix the one before the other. Patience.
145.7 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
