32 lbs gone. 1 lb down from last week even with Easter eating. Very pleased. Got my new workout videos. Used one yesterday. Could only get through 15 minutes. The lunges/squats killed me. I was out of breath and my quads were screaming. I was so discouraged afterward. I thought I was stronger. But, I am not going to let it defeat me. I am bound an determined to conquer the video and this weight.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gabbie are you trying to tone your legs? If so try one-leg jump squats!

You have to build up with those videos. Do what you can, than job/march in place. Strive to do a little more each time you do the video. You will be surprised how fast you build endurance.
