Didn't get my 2nd cycling session in yesterday, the day got away from me. Weight still hasnt budged. Every ounce is fought for but I'll win this battle yet. I'm stubborn!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
