This is definitely water weight, I look probably the slimmest I have been. But for some reason, my weight had gone up by 0.1 kg. I don't think I could've gained weight because I didn't eat a lot yesterday.
119.7 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try not to fixate on the small ups and downs on the scale. Do a 7 day rolling average as opposed to day to day. There are lots of reasons for fluctuations and you dont want the scale to control your mood. Make sense?
