Finding it very difficult to eat today....hot and humid feel sleepy...managed to still get over 1000 calories through coffee and fruit juice tho not bad just need to munch on high fiber stuff later because fiber is the most important thing IMO....i've got an avocado and the free from tesco seeded bread is really high fiber....highest i could find so will try and have that later and maybe a hot chocolate with loads of cocoa because that's high fiber too....good excuse for chocolate :)
