I can't believe I have lost 0.5 kg in one day! I am really happy. It is honestly difficult to do my chosen diet of one meal a day. But it will help me so I am not upset at all.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
