in one month I lost 3.5lbs of fat and gain 1 lb of muscle I also lost 7.5 inches ,5 of those inches were in my thighs
175.0 lb Lost so far: 134.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
