Things are back to normal. Eating more healthily again 😅. I am feeling good in the gym. However, I need to restrict taking my phone into the gym. it's a distraction. I am so happy and grateful that my journey is continuing in right direction. 🫶🫶🫶🙏🙏🥰

179.7 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
