I'm really happy with the slow and steady progress I am making. I still eat the steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald's when my husband brings it home for me but I eat a third or a half of it. portion control is the key. I have added high protein low carb yogurt and such to my diet and it really helps me get the protein I require.
