Not much of a weight loss, but going back to the future in the right direction. I still have a fork to mouth issue.😎
208.9 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t focus on the amount you are losing. That will vary day to day and basically means nothing. Consistency is what counts. As long as that arrow’s trend is in the downward position you are good.
