woohoo!! these wee fasts seem to be working 💪 I've also decided to add eggs back into my diet as well as more fish,,vegan isn't working for me, we will see what happens!
235.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
