This week has been hectic and that actually frustrated me because it actually disrupted my routine or lack there of. The main reason for that frustration was that, for 2 consecutive days I didn't do any physical activity. Also there have been few deficiencies in consuming required fruits and veggies.

On the positive side, days are being more productive, Calorie deficit from food has been on mark. It's finally good to see the 90s. I feel my actual body weight is much less than that.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
