Yesterday was one of those days where I ate 3 meals and 1 snack but didn't get enough calories. Can't do this regularly but a loss of a pound was nice.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
