1500 Daily intake average...Protein 100+ g/day...I'm pretty sure holding water...Gym sessions still holding or minor strength loss 1 Rm strength levels for SBD. Looking forward to weigh ins this week. 210 hopefully by Friday? hahaha. LFG!
217.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
