My husband went through a double lung transplant a couple months ago… and unfortunately I dealt with all the fear and anxiety of losing him on food.

I ate uncontrollably for 4 months and gained 25lbs. Now I feel bad for losing most of my muscle mass and gained so much fat :(

Restarting today, hopefully he won’t have set backs and I’ll be strong enough mentally to keep taking care of myself
168.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
