Oof... Thanksgiving caught up with me 😅
245.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2294 kcal Fat: 95.34g | Prot: 92.18g | Carb: 269.27g.   Breakfast: Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, McDonald's Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit (Regular). Lunch: Frito-Lay Munchies Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, Stouffer's Lasagna with Meat & Sauce. Dinner: Toasted Garlic Bread, Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, with Salt, Boiled) , Green Giant Honey Glazed Carrots, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. more...

Tis the season. My scale will #s bouncing up and down until mid February and I'm ok with that. I do try to eat healthier between each holiday too.
