F-f-f-f finally! I have been on track lately so I am thrilled to see an appropriate drop at last. Started to say “behaving” instead of “on track” but won’t because I suppose I shouldn’t be looking at it that way. Dare I say I’d like to see 175 for Christmas? Have to give credit to lotsa folks here sharing their progress. It really helps me chug along in turtle 🐢🐢🐢mode.
All I know is I’ve been fighting this battle all my life and I’m finally winning. Ounce by ounce, pound by pound, by the grace of God with discipline, motivation, support and a scoche (sp?) of exercise. I want to live the last part of my life without the burden (mental and physical) of excess weight. As for my goal weight I will eventually lower it, but I want to see the famed blue line first!
Thanks again, FS friends. Y’all are the best! Blessings to all!
