I actually jogged today, it was only for 2 minutes and I felt like I was going to die, but still I jogged. The dogs weren't quite sure what was going on...lol.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s a great start! Try couch to 5k if you want to build up to longer distances slowly. Though 2 minutes is cool too 😁
