Hooray! Been away for a few days visiting family and managed to stay the course and even get back to where I was on the scale earlier in the month. Tried to eat sensibly and logged everything including the indulgences as best I could. Exercise included a nice moderate walk in the park on Monday plus the usual airport terminal traverses. Much easier now than the last time I traveled in Nov. 2019 with ~ 40 more pounds to haul.

Hope everyone is having a great week but I know that is not always the case. Prayers for those who are struggling and especially for all those who mourn.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
