At roast fennel with cherry tomatoes, and white beans for luncheon, and half an avocado, and half a kiwi with 100 gr. cottage cheese for supper. Lost .2 kilo, I had expected to lose more. Still, it is going in the right direction.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
