Still the same! But I’m ok with that as I’m 5lbs heavier than I like but fitter than I was when I was there, if that makes sense??
PB on a 5k and 10k today 💪💪 x
152.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
