Starting adjusting my sodium intake. Keeping it under 2300 seems to be dropping water weight. Was over 4k last week.

Was reading into this as well. I seem to be fluctuating ALOT during the days and it's hard to see actual progress. I'm also now tracking my sodium intake to reduce water retention. Goodluck!

Glad to hear it. That’s the beauty of this app; being able to see all the nutrients against body weight is amazing! The increased sodium days almost directly lined up to weight increases the following day.
